INTERalliance of Greater Cincinnati
In high school, I had the great opportunity to work on the INTERalliance Leadership Council at the INTERalliance of Greater Cincinnati. INTERalliance is a student-run organization with the mission of engaging high school students in the Greater Cincinnati region with technology.
I started as a tech team member in 2020. By my senior year of high school, I was the Chief Information Officer. I learned how to effectively manage a team and manage large projects. INTERalliance's largest event of the year is TechOlympics, a tech conference by high school students for high school students. Over the course of the senior year, I led my team to provide the tech needs for this event: laptops, audio/visual support, and on-site troubleshooting.

I also had the chance to intern with INTERalliance in the summer of 2022. During this time, I worked on a team to develop the new INTERalliance website, which is embedded below, or it can be accessed at interalliance.org. I learned effective strategies for web development and utilized Wordpress and CSS to create the website.

Overall, INTERalliance was a wonderful experience that I am glad I had the chance to take part in. It was a large deciding factor in my pursuing IT as a career, and my learnings as CIO and web development intern were useful for my technical and professional abilities.
